Italy is probably No. 1 wine exporter in the world in terms of volume and among the top two in terms of quality , there’s an old competition with France….

For sure we have one thing in common: the wine culture and to understand this is to understand more of the Italian soul.

Throughout our history we never drank to become drunk: we drink wine to match a particular recipe, to accompany a dish, to have a more relaxed conversation with friends, to appreciate the subtle difference between a Brunello di Montalcino and a Nobile di Montepulciano: two hills 30 miles apart using the same grapes (Sangiovese) but making two magically different wines! 

We would like to guide you through our “culture” of the wine and food pairing and to help you to discover some treasures probably unknown to the world-market and therefore not so expensive like a Sassicaia but still worth… a lot!

For this purpose we have selected two of the best traditional “enoteche” wine bars in central Rome where our expert will help you to read the wine list and teach you more about the wine making, the vendemmia, the grape harvest while pairing a selection of wines with typical appetizers !

All this blending with the locals in a very lively Roman atmosphere.

Our fee includes only the guidance, comments and expertise, and reservation when needed. Wine tastings will be on you.
